Dj Sergej Pimenov (PPK) and Tochka Uleta regreat to inform you that due to the recent changes in Visa and Passport regulations at all US Embassies and Consulates located on the territory of the Russian Federation we are unable to secure a visa approval stamp into Sergej Pimenov's passport. Our petition for touring in the US was approved by the US Immigration, however the new processing changes introduced by the United States Department of State prevent us from immediate access to the Embassy.The tour which was planned to start in San Francisco on upcoming Friday, July 25th, has been postponed until the end of 2003.
